The Point Arena Lighthouse announces its first “Chowder Under the Full Moon Dinner and Night Tour” on Saturday, September 22.  Gates will open at 5:30 p.m., dinner will be served at 6:00pm and the tour will follow dinner around 7:00pm.  Dinner includes sweet and savory snacks accompanied by champagne or sparkling juice, full chowder dinner, a special presentation about the Light Station’s history and technology, and will be capped off by a guided “Climb to the Top” tour of the tallest lighthouse on the West Coast under the rising full moon.  An etched Point Arena Lighthouse souvenir champagne flute is included in the price of admission for each participant, which is $60 per person or $100 for two.
